For sign-in, account, purchase, privacy or safety questions, include your app version and a short description. Never send a confirmation code, password or identity document by email.

Report or block in the app

Use Report & Block on a profile. In a conversation, report the person or a specific message. Blocking removes the pair from discovery and conversations. If you face an immediate threat, contact your local emergency services.

Your account and purchases

Delete your account in Settings. Signing out does not delete it. Apple subscription cancellation is separate from account deletion; manage subscriptions with Apple.

Jaalallee is in development. Support response coverage, legal operator details, and live ID verification are still being finalized.
