Service and eligibility

Jaalallee is a dating service for adults aged 18 or older. Public launch is pending. Final contracting operator and governing-law details must be completed before public signup. Use accurate personal details, an account you control and your own photos. Do not impersonate someone, misrepresent your age or create accounts for minors.

Respectful conduct

Follow the Community Guidelines. Harassment, threats, hate, discrimination, stalking, exploitation, scams, financial solicitation, impersonation, pornography, unlawful content and sharing another person’s private information are prohibited. Sexual exploitation and abuse involving minors are prohibited without exception.

Your content and conversations

You retain ownership of your photos and words. You permit Jaalallee to store, process, review, display and transmit them as needed to operate the features you use. This permission does not authorize selling your photos or training general-purpose AI with them. Only upload content you have the right to share.

Messages require mutual interest. Cultural background and religion are optional, self-described choices. No profile or compatibility signal guarantees a match, message, date, relationship, identity or safety.

Free and Premium

Free discovery includes up to 10 new eligible profiles per UTC day, subject to inventory. Premium adds unlimited likes, all incoming likes, advanced filters including Qomoo, Passport, verified-only discovery controls and shared-value insights. Verification services are not currently live; membership does not guarantee access to a particular person or result.

Apple subscriptions

Configured US prices are $9.99 per week and $29.99 per month. The App Store purchase sheet displays your actual local price and renewal period before payment. Purchases remain disabled pending release testing. A one-calendar-month free introductory trial is configured for eligible new subscribers. Apple confirms eligibility before purchase; each person can redeem one introductory offer per subscription group. A calendar-month trial lasts 28–31 days. After the trial, the selected weekly or monthly subscription renews at the price shown by Apple unless canceled before renewal.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple. Manage renewal at Apple subscription settings; refund requests are handled by Apple according to its policies and applicable law. Deleting the app, signing out or deleting your Jaalallee account does not cancel a subscription. The Apple standard application licence applies to the iOS app.

Safety and enforcement

Use profile/message reporting and blocking to raise concerns. A report alone does not establish guilt. Content and accounts may be restricted or removed following safety review or other legitimate operational/legal requirements. Contact info@afanoromo.net if you believe an action was mistaken.

Phone verification is not government-ID verification. Future live ID verification will require separate disclosures and consent. Checks and badges are not background checks or safety guarantees. Read Dating safely before sharing private information or meeting someone.

Privacy and leaving

Read the privacy policy for collection, use, sharing and deletion details. You can edit your profile, hide it, block someone and delete your account in Settings. Contact info@afanoromo.net for support and privacy requests.

Changes, disputes and protected rights

Final terms must identify the contracting operator, address/jurisdiction, applicable consumer protections and lawful dispute provisions before launch. This draft does not impose arbitration, waive statutory consumer rights or claim to override mandatory law. Material changes will be disclosed before requiring acceptance.
